Communication
Working with contractors can be very frustrating if you don’t know what is going on–or if they won’t tell you. Communication is incredibly important to us so we can give our customers the best experience possible. We’ve set up our system to be as transparent as possible, to ensure phone calls, emails, and texts get to you in a timely manner.
You are informed every step of the way. Great communication within the company needs to take place for a roof to go on smoothly as well. This is why we set up meetings with the salesperson and lead installer, to go over every aspect of your roofing project. This way, you’ll be able to sit back and relax, knowing that we have every detail covered and everyone is on the same page.
Installation
The installation is the most critical part of the process. We understand the importance of doing things right the first time, so you won’t have to worry about them later. We have four main priorities we focus on:

Safety
This is always job number one. On steep roofs, our crews will be tied off–this is for their safety as well as the safety of your roof.

Quality
We take pride in doing the detailed work right and making sure your roof is watertight! We use the best materials and stay up to date on the latest techniques to give you the best possible service. After all, no matter how good a roof looks, if it isn’t installed correctly, it isn’t worth very much.

Efficiency
It’s important to work smarter and not harder, so your new roof goes on in a timely manner. With our experience, and the work we do with our clients at the start, we are able to get in and out while maintaining our high levels of workmanship.

Clean Up
When we’re done we want you to look at your beautiful new roof, not any trash on the ground. We clean up at the end of each day and when your roof has been completed. It’s just one more way we provide excellent customer service.
Even after we’ve cleaned up the job site, the job is still not done. You’re going to see your sales representative again to do the final walkthrough. This is our favorite part of the job as we get to see the look of joy on our customer’s face and hear about the great experience that they had. We believe it’s important to continue our relationship from the beginning all the way through to the end.
