Metal Roofing Services

Offering clients complete aluminum roofing systems

With true four-season weather, our roofs are bombarded with rain, ice, snow, and wind in the winter and plenty of sun in the summer. This can make traditional asphalt roofing brittle and weak. Depending on when the house was built, you could need a new roof soon.

As one of the few metal roofing installers between Eugene, OR, and Seattle, WA, Mountaintop Metal roofing offers a truly “set it and forget it” option in aluminum roofing. Repelling moss and other growths, maintenance of the roof consists of occasionally hosing it down to remove leaves, pine needles, and other debris.

This isn’t the galvanized steel or corrugated metal roofing you’re used to seeing on barns. Standing seam metal roofing systems, as well as slate and cedar shake profile roof types, are an attractive choice for any roofing project. They can be installed on almost any roof architecture.

Aluminum roofing is also energy efficient and weights less than every other roofing material on the market. Coming in at 42 pounds for 100 square feet of roofing, installing metal/aluminum roofing will make your home run more efficiently with less strain on the structure itself. Mountaintop Metal Roofing offers installation, roof tear-offs, and overlay services.

Metal Roof Installation

Building a new home? Why not protect it with the durability and good looks that aluminum roofing provides? Mountaintop Metal Roofing offers several styles and colors to choose from, giving your new home a maintenance-free roof that you’ll never have to worry about replacing.

Many other roofers may offer metal roofing, but it’s important to use a professional installer that understands the complexities of metal roof panel installation. Mountaintop Metal Roofing has two decades worth of experience in the industry and only work with aluminum roofing. We’re so confident in our products and ability, we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our installations.

If installed incorrectly, your metal roof may look great, but won’t keep the rain, snow, or ice out of your home. This will lead to mold, mildew, and rot, which not only affects the structure of your home but the health of your family as well. With us, you’ll have peace of mind knowing it was done correctly and your home will be protected for decades and decades.

Tear Offs

If your roof has come to the end of its lifespan, or you’re considering a new roof, give Mountaintop Metal Roofing a call. For starters, you won’t have to worry about a replacement roof ever again. Our products are designed to last for a century and we have the warranty to prove it!

In addition to longevity, our slate, cedar shake, and standing seam profiles will immediately give your home a new, upgraded look. With a variety of colors for each product, you can be as traditional as you want or really make your home stand out.

Before installation, we will remove the old roof down to the roof deck and take away the old materials. Our experienced crews will make sure not to disrupt the grounds around the home or the existing attic structure. Once the old roof is off, we’ll start installing the new one.

All of our projects include new underlayment, flashing, exhaust vents and pipe boots, and finally the shingles or panels. If needed, we’ll replace the plywood or OSB decking in addition to skylights, solar tubes, fascia and barge boards.

Depending on how many layers of roofing you have as well as the age and condition of your roof, Mountaintop Metal Roofing may be able to install a new aluminum roof right over the existing roof. This is a cheaper option since you prevent having to pay for the labor and disposal fees of doing a tear-off.

However, we will need to perform an extensive inspection to make sure there are no underlying problems with the existing roof. After all, if there is any damage to the decking or structure, we don’t want to just cover it up. If the decking is beginning to rot, even new aluminum roofing won’t solve the problem.

If it’s time to replace the asphalt shingles currently on your home for something a little more durable – and attractive – contact Mountaintop Metal Roofing today. We offer many types of metal roofing, professional installation, and unmatched customer service. We look forward to hearing from you!
